We offer tracked worldwide shipping with the following estimated delivery times and rates:

  • πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί Europe & UK: 7–10 business days β€” $8.99
  • 🌏 Other International Destinations: 10–14 business days (shipping costs vary and are shown at checkout)

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

U.S. customers will not incur any additional customs duties or import taxes. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may vary depending on the destination country.

How can I check the status of my order?

We’ll keep you updated! You’ll receive email updates about your order, including a tracking number.

My parcel hasn't arrived yet.

Due to a high volume of orders, some shipments may take a little longer than usual. Please rest assured that your parcel is on its way!
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days from the purchase date, please contact us. Our customer service team will be happy to check the status of your shipment.

My tracking number is not working.

Your tracking number will usually be active within 24–48 hours after your order is shipped. If it’s still not working after that, please contact us at support@shoensy.com and we’ll help you track your order.

I have received a delivery confirmation, but I don't have the parcel.

Please double-check with your neighbours and people you share home with, maybe someone has collected if for you. Alternatively please contact your local post office / courier to find the package.Β 

I messed up my shipping address, what should I do?

Reach out to us at support@shoensy.com immediately regarding the error. Please provide your email, full name and correct shipping address. We will update the shipping details for you. Please note that once the parcel is shipped out we are not able to make any changes.
