Order Processing Timeframe
We try to process every order within a span of 1 to 3 business days, not counting weekends and national holidays. Our Team is committed to dispatching your orders as swiftly as possible. You'll be informed via email once your order is on its way!
Anticipated Delivery Times
The processing of most orders falls within the 1 to 3 business days range. The delivery timeframe thereafter is based on your selected country.
- USA: 3-10 business days.
- Europe & UK Delivery: 7-10 business days.
- Other International Delivery varies by destination, taking 12-20 business days, with rates depending on the location.
Please note, these shipping times do not include the initial 1-3 business day processing period. Orders placed after 11:00 am EST on Fridays or over weekends will commence processing on the next business Monday. Our operations do not extend to weekends or public holidays.

How can I check the status of my order?

My parcel hasn't arrived yet.
Due to a high volume of orders, some shipments may take a little longer than usual. Please rest assured that your parcel is on its way!
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days from the purchase date, please contact us. Our customer service team will be happy to check the status of your shipment.
My tracking number is not working.
Your tracking number will usually be active within 24–48 hours after your order is shipped. If it’s still not working after that, please contact us at support@shoensy.com and we’ll help you track your order.
I have received a delivery confirmation, but I don't have the parcel.
Please double-check with your neighbours and people you share home with, maybe someone has collected if for you. Alternatively please contact your local post office / courier to find the package.
I messed up my shipping address, what should I do?
Reach out to us at support@shoensy.com immediately regarding the error. Please provide your email, full name and correct shipping address. We will update the shipping details for you. Please note that once the parcel is shipped out we are not able to make any changes.
Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address?
For now, our shipping partners are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
Can I be charged with import duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Tax fees may vary depending on the country the order is shipped to. Each country/state has its own threshold after which taxes will be applied. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
The store cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package and will not cover any additional charges for customs clearance. Note, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping to a select list of countries, with delivery times and costs varying by location. Some international deliveries could take 12-20 business days post-processing.
Taxes and Duties on International Orders
International orders may incur taxes and duties, calculated and applied at checkout. Be aware that additional charges might be levied upon your order's arrival, which fall under your responsibility.
